This will be our spot in Arezzo. We just made an offer to purchase a home around the corner and have eaten here twice! Fantastic! Both meals were delicious, but our first meal we didn’t realize they closed between lunch and dinner and felt ZERO pressure to leave… of course once we realized we were the only ones left (40 minutes after their closing time). We apologized and moved on. I think it was the owner that told us not to rush after I discovered our rude delay…. I highly recommend them !!!! We dined with our dogs too and obviously felt very welcome!

We enjoyed the polpetto in Amatriciana, carobonara, pasta amatriciana and bruschetta pomodoro. Everything was flavorful and delicious! Highly recommended. Sorry no pictures of the food, it smelled so good it was gone before I remembered to take a few pics.

Proprio così, ad Arezzo puoi assaporare i piatti della cucina tradizionale romana. L'ambiente è raccolto ed accogliente, le canzoni romane in sottofondo rendono l'atmosfera piacevole. Il proprietario gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Il servizio è abbastanza veloce. Cosa abbiamo mangiato? Abbiamo preso un antipasto di affettati romani, trippa alla romana, una cacio e pepe e saltimbocca alla romana. Che dire? tutto delizioso, mangiato benissimo Le porzioni giuste. Essendo una estimatrice di verdure, è per me importante testare la freschezza delle verdure, perché significa che il cibo è fresco, di giornata. Ho ordinato la cicoria e l'insalata mista. La lattuga era fresca e croccante, buoni i pomodorini e condita leggermente. La cicoria eccezionale. Infine, e non ultimo per importanza, il conto. Abbiamo pagato il giusto. Siamo stati davvero bene che siamo ritornati la sera per cena. Lo suggerisco vivamente.

This was recommended to us by a resident, and what a recommendation it was. It's off the main square and is full of locals, which is always a good sign. Top notch traditional food that is served quickly and generous portions. The house wine is great value and very drinkable too. Well worth a visit and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
