“Dai vecchi amici” — Restaurant in Bari

We visited Dai Vecchi Amici in Bari on Saturday evening,and the experience was absolutely wonderful!Even though we didn’t have a reservation,we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality right from the start. The staff was incredibly polite and always smiling. The young woman who served us deserves a 10 out of 10–she was friendly,attentive,and truly made us feel at home. Little family run restaurant, slightly away from touristic area. Great selection of typical local food for a very affordable prices. Portions are huge and house vine is definitely worth trying! Dinner for 2 with 2 first courses and 2 second courses, water, wine and coffee for less than €40 is hard to beat. We had food for takeaway for four persons. Three portions of pasta and three Pizzas, one big and two smaller ones. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were more than generous!
