Found this place looking for spaghetti all'assassina, and was stoked to see that they served the dish.

This is the first time I've tried the dish, and it was as wonderful as guides promised! Lovely balance of heat and salt, with slight crunchiness on the caramelised bits of pasta. For those unfamiliar with this dish, it's made by cooking pasta directly in the passata (tomato sauce) instead of in water. Think something like how risotto is cooked, except with pasta.

Avrei voluto dare un giudizio positivo in quanto la qualità del cibo è davvero ottima. Il menu è vario e ricercato, le pizze sono buone e ho amato le bruschette con stracciatella, mortadella e pistacchio. Tuttavia il servizio lascia molto a desiderare. Avevamo una prenotazione alle 21:00 per 15 persone e com’è comprensibile qualcuno ha fatto un po’ di ritardo, ma nel frattempo la maggioranza si era accomodata al tavolo. È stata iniziata a mettere fretta nell’ordinare per poter liberare il tavolo entro le 22:30. Quando sono arrivati tutti non avevano ancora provveduto a prendere le ordinazioni (avendo sollecitato gli assenti a scegliere nel frattempo la pizza da ordinare). Ci chiedono se volessimo un antipasto in quanto ci avrebbero messo un po’ di tempo a preparare le pizze e invece sono arrivate abbastanza presto. Avevamo chiesto 3 calici di cui uno bianco e due rossi, ci portano uno bianco e uno rosato. Mangiamo con il fiato sul collo, neanche il tempo di finire che ci sfilano il piatto. Stavo ancora decidendo se prendere l’ultima bruschetta rimasta o meno ma mi hanno tolto il piatto in quanto vuoto e quindi non l’ho più presa… Stavo finendo di mangiare la pizza con gli occhi del cameriere addosso perché aveva tolto tutti i piatti di chi stava accanto a me. Inoltre aggiungo che la pizzeria aveva ancora tanti tavoli liberi dove collocare eventuali nuovi arrivati (che non c’erano comunque), quindi non comprendo perché mettere così tanta fretta. We dined in this restaurant. The food was delicious, however the service wasn’t that great. Service Waiters forget about something you asked. If you asked for ice - you can forget you asked for it. Waiters don’t speak english, maybe that’s why. Interior The restaurant looks fine, but the kitchen and the oven is in the same room as customers and the range hood barely working, so you have to breath in smoke.
