DaClà — Restaurant in Bari

We came to DaCla via a recommendation from a local and we were blown away. From the start, the restaurant was filled with locals and every staff member is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Vincenzo was amazing!

Vincenzo recommended the seasonal pizzas on the menu and my wife and I both agreed they were the best pizzas we ever had (which is a phrase we do not say lightly!). The tomato sauce on mine was full of flavour and the ingredients were as fresh as they get. We were then treated to a Tiramisu for dessert which was the perfect amount of light and creamy. Finally we finished it off with some Limoncello and another drink that came with it but I forget the name. It had a black liquorice flavour and was outstanding. I will come to Bari again for this...

We discovered DaClá by chance half a year ago and had to come back because it was such good, honest, local food. Again yesterday we had an amazing dinner with incredibly friendly hosts, the food was great, the atmosphere lively and the whole restaurant filled will locals - we can definitely understand why! We highly recommend visiting, but make sure you get a reservation as it is very booked...

This is a busy restaurant with lots of locals coming for the great food and atmosphere. All the same as a solo traveller they always greeted me with a welcoming smile and found me a table. All the staff were great but a special thanks goes to Alessia for being so kind and helpful on my three visits. I’ll definitely come here again next time...
