Faros Cafè — Restaurant in Bari

Tourists avoid this place! Me and my partner waited 20 minutes for a cocktail and were denied table service when locals were able to order at their table. A shame because we were enjoying the atmosphere.. Waitress quite clearly ignored us when we asked for an update on our order so we ended up walking away to a place where the service was the same regardless of where you were from. AVOID AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

The owner quite clearly cannot expect any criticism, he chose to ignore the fact we were denied table service and lied about us getting our food “quickly” an aperitif plate shouldn’t take 20 minutes to arrive.. he also ignored the fact we had ordered a cocktail which didn’t come at all, tables who sat down a long time after us got their cocktails a long time before we did. He also ignored the fact we were ignored by the waitress. My point still stands, tourists should avoid this place as the staff clearly favour locals.
