We ordered two cocktails. Dear Gino which turned out to be a simple gin sour with flourish syrup and muddled cucumber. It wasnât bad but very boring and basic, something you can do by hand in most of cocktail bars. The other was classic Negroni with a ânice aromatic ginâ. It turned out to be over diluted Negroni with more sweetness then bitterness which suggests using to little Campari (which I doubt since I didnât taste any) or using other brand of bitters (which I suspect to be Select or something of this kind, since my Negroni was much more orange flavored). It could be the worst Negroni I ever had in my entire life. I have to admit that a waiter offered me other cocktail but after these two I wasnât feeling like risking another one.    Read moreGreat cocktail bar that's well versed in the classics but also skilled at taking those classics and putting a creative Pugliese spin on them. The guys that own Speakeasy are fantastic too. Nice, genuine and welcoming. We wish them great success as they continue to elevate & advance the cocktail scene in Bari and beyond. If you happen to be a tequila/mezcal lover, this is your spot. They've got a curated but high quality tequila selection, and they provided us a mezcal tasting on par with what you may find in Mexico or the USA in terms of quality and breadth of agaves. Great bar that is not to be missed...

Came too sweet for my taste, at times the lemon sherbet and the apricot were stronger tastes than the overall cocktail, so it could've benefitted from more balance. However, the place is nice, the staff are nice and it's a...
