Excellent fresh crescentine cooked right in front of you. I ordered "L'incontro" with prosciutto and squacquerone and it was unreal. Really impressed with how much was stuffed into this warm crispy crescentina. You can't see it in the photo but there was a very generous amount of cheese in there! I went around 14:00 on a Friday just before they closed for the afternoon. There were a few people waiting in line, but the staff member was very efficient, serving and cooking (alone i think?) everything fresh. She was kind and even updated on how long I needed to wait (not long, only a couple of minutes).
