Excellent pastries. Bad service. We had breakfast here as a family of 4. The croissants and coffees were really great but the service was quite bad. The person who served me stopped serving me because we took about 20 seconds each to decide what we were going to eat and started serving two other people. After she’d served the first person, I tried to continue with our order to get our drinks orders in (we had already decided on all the delicious pastries). She said she would serve a man (who came into the bar after me) and then she’d be with me. She continued to have a short conversation with him before serving me again. She was not rude but curt with me. The guy behind the bar was nicer and actually said you’re welcome when I asked him for more hot water. Food is very good, but the service is miserable. We visited here as a couple to have a lunch. The welcoming wasn't nice, especially that we were sat in a table, and no one even came to give us the menu. There was a guy (waiter) who was acting a little weird and we didn't understand his behaviour.

Io ed una mia amica arrivate al locale ci sediamo e dopo aver chiesto un menú la cameriera con i capelli corti e scuri ci dice che in quel locale non ne hanno (cosa non vera visto che letteralmente il giorno prima ero stata lì e di menù ne avevo ricevuti 2, tra cui uno dedicato solo ai tè caldi). Decidiamo di prendere un tè caldo e la ragazza ce ne elenca alcuni dicendo nuovamente che il menù dei tè loro proprio non ce l’hanno… nemmeno quando le chiedo il tè preso il giorno prima ai lamponi mi dice che non esiste, mi dice però che può darmi un tè ai frutti rossi, così ne chiedo uno mentre la mia amica chiede un tè nero alla menta. Dopo un po’ la cameriera torna portandoci i due tè, peccato però che il mio era un tè rosso alla nocciola e quello della mia amica un semplice tè nero (non alla menta). Entrambi i tè erano sbagliati, a mio gusto quello alla nocciola era imbevibile. Per quello che costa, se i tè da noi richiesti mancavano, la cameriera come minimo poteva tornare da noi a chiederci se ne volessimo un altro.
