Indian Curry House — Restaurant in Bologna

I visited Bologna on business a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of coming across this fantastic Indian Restaurant. I am based in London and have access to some very fine restaurants, but the food, service and overall ambiance of this restaurant was absolutely fantastic. While not a fine dining establishment, this restaurant and it's owners and staff do not put up any pretense of this nature. The restaurant is comfortable, cozy and very welcoming. The family-centric nature is very obvious and the fact that it is run as homely family business is clear. The food was very, very authentic and the taste and flavour was lovely. It was made hot for us, at our request, and was hot with a complexity of flavour, as opposed to the heat being the uncomfortable and overwhelming flavour. As we sat down at the table I was left aggrieved by the 20-30 minute wait that it took us to even ordering our food. From what I understood, the owner takes much higher priority of the people that sat down before us, and the people before us were simply way too slow at ordering food. I went to have dinner with my friend and we got seated in a very tight space, with our chairs pushed into other chairs. We then waited for around 45 for the first dish to arrive, and the waitress kept mistaking the order and occasionally would bring us dishes ordered by other clients.
