I recently visited Fratelli Vietnam and overall, my experience wasn’t too bad. The staff were very kind and helpful, which made the atmosphere welcoming and pleasant. However, I had mixed feelings about the food.
I started with the pork spring rolls, priced at $2.50 each. While I expected more for the price, they were a bit oily and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, they didn’t quite meet my expectations.
We tried the cơm bò cà ri and the cơm rang thập cẩm. Both dishes were decent, but they didn’t stand out as particularly memorable or flavorful. The food was garnished with just some carrot and iceberg lettuce, which felt a bit simple.
The phở gà, while lacking in chicken, was still flavorful thanks to its rich and aromatic broth. Since the other two dishes weren't the best, the broth helped make up for it and added a comforting touch to the meal.
Overall, the food wasn't bad, but there were a few areas for improvement. If the dishes are priced higher, they should be balanced with more flavor and quality; otherwise, the food feels a bit too expensive for what you get. I will give stars only for the staff, not for the food. I’d definitely consider returning, especially for the phở gà, but I’d hope for better consistency in flavor...
Read moreeverything was perfect as the food was delicious and the service very kind!! I would recommend making a reservation first cause the space is very small and it was almost full on a weekday evening. as we order the lady is very kind to repeat everything we orders so far and always available to give u explanations. we went for the classic beef pho and I would say the soup was amazing. I also got the tofu pudding with coconut milk in it and totally recommend it if you like very sweet desserts. I would recommend 100% to come and try and maybe the only “bad” things are the location being very small but still clean and the smell of fried food as soon as u enter which might not be pleasant but still u can get used to it as...
Read moreThe food are very delicious and authentic.I really like the fried spring rolls - nem rán and beef noodle - Phở Bò which i always ordered there, then i also like Bún bò Huế with the characteristic smell of shrimp sauce and spicy. Drink lemonade with mint and finish the meal with bánh rán ngọt - sweet donuts filled with pureed green beans or yogurt with fermented glutinous rice - sữa chữa nếp cẩm is great. The owner and staffs are very kind and enthusiastic. The prices are very reasonable! Since the day the restaurant opened, i come here every saturday for lunch with friends and i am very happy to hear my friends said that they will come back to try all another foods...
