ING Boba Tea — Restaurant in Bologna

My friend and I were looking to try a new boba tea location in Bologna. We were truly excited to see a new-to-us spot. To say we were very disappointed is an understatement. We ordered hot drinks, both drinks were barely luke warm, and the boba inside the drinks were still cold. Our drinks were made VERY glacially and sloppily. We waited quite a while for our drinks; beforehand we were told that we had to leave our table after 1/2 hour to make room for other patrons, despite the fact that two other tables had clearly settled in the shop for quite some time before we arrived. This location does not take credit card at the moment, which is understandable as one of the staff stated they were working on getting a card reader. Still it was a slight inconvenience, but that is not contributing to the weight of this review. Moreso it was their inconsistency and most definitely the lack of quality and lack of flavor of their product... The drinks we ordered were simply not good. Both my friend and I travel a lot, especially around Asia, and have been spoiled by the amazing bubble tea shops we frequently patron in other countries (including the United States). Being that we’re in Bologna, we knew we couldn’t expect to find the very best Boba, but we didn’t expect it to be this bad. For example, our matcha tea and milk tea with taro were both subpar, gritty, and had an unusual background flavor. After a few sips, we had to toss our drinks. We were shocked. The reviews of this establishment—which we skimmed through beforehand—do not align with the quality of the product we experienced. This shop truly lacks a good enough product, and I hope that changes in the very near future as it’s a cute shop— and only that,...

The best bubble tea I had in Italy. Fruits are truly being incorporated in drinks and tastes natural. You can find refreshing sizzling fruity options ideal for summer. The quantities and portions offered are just right.

Pastry items such as cheese cake also are availale. Best ever recipies and truly worth for the price.

Fancy ambiance with an interesting theme. Very cute. Clean premises. Well organised and prossessing of boboa tea right infront of clients. Must mention that the place is super hygenic from the entrance to the washroom.

This place has the best boba tea I've ever had! Highly recommended! I came from another city just for their boba tea. The staffs are very nice and experienced in their work. New flavors are added frequently, so you can always find some nice surprises with every change of season. The owner is very passionate about his invention of each of his boba tea products. Moreover, the environment is very relaxing and chilling, it feels like a warm home. Definitely a good place to study, rest, hangout, chill, and much more fun. If anyone pass by, it’s really a highly recommended...
