L'incontro — Restaurant in Bologna

We spent a few hours in Bologna & came across this spot. It was busy which in my opinion is always a good sign - the coffee is excellent, the croissant was great and the person who served was super friendly and gave us some good tips on where we should spend some time. We were told that cappuccinos are their specialty, so on our way back to the train station, we stopped for one. It was great & the foam art was 👌🏼👌🏼 highly recommend this place if you're after a great coffee and a friendly face....

The girl at the cashier has a bit of an attitude if you don’t speak Italian. The rest of the staff is kind, but she didn’t seem to care when another staff member asked her about me wanting more details about one of their coffees. I understand it’s impossible for someone to know every language (just like I don’t speak Italian), but with a little effort and good attitude it’s easy to help another person. Food and coffee...

The welcoming staff with the huge grin on their faces made us come back for cappuccino, panino and cornetto although we had no time to waste revisiting places on our short stay in Bologna. We weren't disappointed. They were twice as friendly and helpful. It's definitely worth a visit since all the products are freshly made and served with a smile.
