The Yuan — Restaurant in Bologna

We had an unfortunate incident with a one worker, she has an attitude problem, her talking tone is really bad, not a good way to speak to a customer and throw our order list in table and shout us two times inside the restaurant loudly. everyone inside the restaurant looked us making us uncomfortable. Also she work as the cashier. They made the mistake from our prder list they tried to justify it making us the one who did wrong and made a scene that turned in to an argument. She was not able to understand what happened. And her attitude was terrible. Her final trump card to proove us wrong was that we don't eat pork. she thought we were Muslims. Unfortunately she couldn't prove that either. food is delicious for us and the service we got from other stuff...

Serving staff was very gentle. But our order was wrong the second time a lady came and said “this is the exact plate you ordered. It’s impossible that it’s not your plate because I’m the person who is responsible for the kitchen” we said we order two types of spaghetti. She was not convinced that we did not made a mistake until we showed a remaining piece of spaghetti. And the third time, another wrong plate came and we were full. so we couldn’t eat it so we refused to accept it. She again came and argued in front of everyone. Her attitude was terrible and unacceptable. She was the same person who was in the cashier.

This place is nice, foods are so delicious but the service is so bad. Not everyone, the servicing staff is good but when we had a problem with ordering, a lady came and shouted at us. We think she is the responsible person for the kitchen. We received some plates that we had not ordered. But when we told it she came and shouted us by saying it is IMPOSSIBLE because she is the responsible person to the kitchen. But when we checked the sheet it was a plate we did not order. She sent the first plate. And the second time, the same thing happened and Her attitude was terrible. She threw the paper to the table also. We cannot accept such a behavior in front...
