That's a pity not to be able to communicate with the customer and the reply from the owner to my feedback (and for what I saw also in other ones) it is the clear example. So it would have been better to ask for more clear feedback to give the opportunity to improve the restaurant instead of putting an ironic comment without sense, but it seems that it is not in his interest since probably for him it is perfect. So I will provide more details as requested. Tagliatelle al ragu definitely not well cooked and partially glued together, but at least they were not industrial. The sauce was not enough flavoured, it could be definitely better. I didn't like the Vino della casa , I drunk better ones in other restaurants. Gramigna di ragu di salsiccia was not bad but after few mouthful too heavy and fatty. The cotoletta alla bolognese was tasty and I appreciated it. P.s. Four friends arrive in Bologna, seeking experiences through good food. It’s late—after 9 p.m.—just before the city begins its nightlife. Spirits are high, much like the gaze of a local that warms their hearts.

They arrive knowing a reservation is necessary, but their short time in the city leaves no room for planning. This fact is confirmed by a young man waiting at the entrance, bringing their fears to life and disappointing them with his behavior. Unrefined and lacking basic English skills, he dismisses them without any discussion.

They gather their disappointment, hoping it’s not the end of the journey. Down a narrow alley, they try to lighten their thoughts under the lights of a beautiful garden—only to realize it’s the back courtyard. A desperate attempt to revive the dream.

They ask a waiter—and a miracle! He nods yes, letting them sit at one of the half-empty tables. Though there wasn’t much interaction with the staff, and no rudeness either, they waited for their meal, which—despite having no special knowledge of food...

Abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante lo scorso sabato sera. Avevamo un tavolo prenotato alle 22 30 ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 23 per poterci sedere perché il tavolo non era ancora libero. Ad una cortese richiesta di chiarimenti il responsabile mi ha risposto in maniera molto sgarbata e scortese: "se le persone non si alzano dal tavolo io cosa ci posso fare? Vuole forse insegnarmi il mio lavoro?" Ovviamente non voglio insegnare il lavoro a nessuno ma se mi viene dato un orario e quell' orario non è rispettato qualcuno non ha fatto le cose per bene e probabilmente i turni vanno gestiti in maniera differente visto che non eravamo gli unici in questa situazione. Una volta seduti alle 23 e 15 abbiamo ricevuto una buona mortadella e dei ceci come aperitivo offerto dal locale, che almeno rendono i 4 euro di coperto leggermente più accettabili. I tavoli posti all' aperto sono di plastica e sono poco stabili. Inoltre non sono posti ad adeguata distanza gli uni dagli altri. I primi che abbiamo ordinato sono stati buoni e mezz'ora dopo esserci seduti, alle 23 e 45 abbiamo provato ad ordinare qualche altro primo perché le porzioni non ci avevano soddisfatto appieno, ma ci è stato risposto che non era possibile perché la cucina era chiusa. Solitamente, si dovrebbe avvisare che la cucina sta per chiudere per evitare situazioni spiacevoli come questa. Avendo ancora fame abbiamo ordinato l'unica cosa possibile, ovvero i dolci. Il prezzo totale è stato un po' alto per ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Il servizio è stato gentile ed educato. L'aspetto più negativo dell' esperienza è legato alla gestione dei tavoli e dei clienti, non certo al servizio e alla cucina.
