Homemade food and atmosphere like you are eating at someone’s place, not in a restaurant. Plus, all the other tables were filled by locals, a sign that you’re in the right place.
The waiters were very nice and kindly explained to me which were the gluten free dishes. I had the GF pasta all amatriciana and, though a simple dish with very few ingredients, it had lots of flavour. The sauce was spot on, I loved it.
The grilled fish, which included fresh local fish and frozen seafood, was well made and very good.
The star of the meal was the tiramisu. We had a regular tiramisu and a gluten free one. I felt like my mother had made it, it was simply amazing and delicious. The cream - smooth, the taste of the coffee - subtle, ans the savoiardi - soft (but not mushy!).
I can compare this tiramisu to one i had in a restaurant in Alghero, also GF, and this one from Gambero Rosso, by far the best!
Highly recommend the place if you want to eat authentic Italian food.
One thing to mention about pizza (regular or gluten free): i originally wanted GF pizza, but they told me only in October they start making pizzas. But nevertheless, the place has other GF dishes that...

Read moreBel ristorantino alla "periferia" di bosa. Il locale è curato con terraza, e parcheggio riservato. Qui abbiamo mangiato domenica a pranzo, due piatti a base di pesce. A mio avviso la materia prima era molto fresca. I calamari alla piastra erano cotti alla perfezione, e la pasta con la lampuga era molto saporita e il sugo in bianco legava alla perfezione con i paccheri. Il servizio un po' così e così per solo questi 2 piatti abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora. Sta ai camerieri spiegare il perché (pesce da sfilettare , pasta cotta espressa,etc), ma se loro sono di poche parole, non tutti i clienti sanno certi tecnicismi. Il conto un po' salato ma per la qualità del cibo e del pesce ci può stare, 1 primo, 1 secondo, 1 contorno, 1l d acqua e un calice di vino 50€.
