The experience was truly outstanding from start to finish. The service was impeccable—professional yet warm—delivered by a team that was consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance between lively and authentic, creating a setting that felt both welcoming and refined.

The cuisine, however, was the true highlight. The chef has a remarkable talent for combining creativity with finesse, producing dishes that were not only exquisitely presented but also cooked to absolute perfection. The seafood, in particular, stood out for its freshness and delicate preparation—each bite revealed both skill and imagination. The set menu offered a wide variety of exciting options, ensuring that every guest could find something to enjoy.

The service could not have been slower since there is only 1 waitress for the whole restaurant who only speaks Italian.

Once she saw we were not happy instead of making it better she then decided to get a bad attitude not even looking at our faces and then brought us the bill as to laugh in our faces doing us a euro discount.

Back to the experience: After waiting for an hour and a half the food left much to desire and about to leave hungry to not wait longer we order the dessert menu and she just told us “local” then we asked to specify and only icecream.

WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN AND DONT RECOMMEND YOU TO COME CLOSE EVEN IF FROM OUTSIDE IT LOOKS BETTER THAN THE ONES NEXT TO IT! Ate much better previous days...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nous sommes allés dîner avec mon mari au restaurant Maria à Brindisi et ce fut une excellente expérience. Mon mari a choisi des pâtes au poisson, tandis que le chef, avec beaucoup de gentillesse, m’a préparé une soupe de moules qui n’était même pas au menu. Un vrai geste sympathique et très apprécié.

Nous avons accompagné notre repas d’un prosecco, et la serveuse, absolument charmante et professionnelle, nous a offert un petit pré-dessert maison à base de citron, de menthe et d’amande : un vrai délice.

Le cadre est magnifique, le patron est très à l’écoute et bienveillant, et la cave à vins semble remarquable, même si nous n’avons goûté qu’au prosecco. Amateur de vin, je peux dire que la carte inspire confiance.

Un grand bravo au service : discret, attentionné, chaleureux et professionnel. Mention spéciale à la jeune femme qui nous a servis avec beaucoup de grâce et de bienveillance.

Un lieu que je recommande vivement, digne d’un grand restaurant tant pour la qualité des plats que pour l’accueil et le service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Siamo andati a cena con mio marito al ristorante Maria a Brindisi ed è stata un’esperienza eccellente. Mio marito ha scelto una pasta con il pesce, mentre lo chef, con grande gentilezza, mi ha preparato una zuppa di cozze che non era nemmeno nel menù. Un vero gesto simpatico e molto apprezzato.

Abbiamo accompagnato il pasto con un prosecco, e la cameriera, assolutamente gentile e professionale, ci ha offerto un piccolo pre-dessert della casa a base di limone, menta e mandorla: davvero delizioso.

L’ambiente è magnifico, il proprietario molto attento e disponibile, e la cantina dei vini sembra notevole, anche se abbiamo assaggiato solo il prosecco. Da intenditore di vini, posso dire che la carta ispira fiducia.

Un grande complimento al servizio: discreto, premuroso, cordiale e professionale. Una menzione speciale alla giovane donna che ci ha serviti con molta grazia e gentilezza.
