We found this place online and decide to give a go since we are burger lovers from London who had enough of pizza that week... by 7:30 started raining in Cagliari and we decided to wait by their door to hide from the rain (my husband, 57 years old mother, my 5 years old daughter and me) half an hour later it was 8 o’clock (time that they should open) the doors was still shut so I rang the bell and nothing. Finally a staff arrived to open the place and she informed me that they would open in 10 minutes. By then we’ve been waiting around 45 minutes in the rain and were starving. Finally 8:15pm they open the doors and let us in. We were soaked in rain and looking forward to eating. Asked for a table for 4 and they said they only accepted reservations and were totally booked (the place was empty) we almost had to beg for a table as they didn’t give a dam we waited and had my daughter with me. Finally they said would let us eat for 30 minutes only. Was enough for us so we ordered. The burgers came... let’s say it was not a very well worth wait in the rain. Dry bread, the burger didn’t have enough salt. The fries are a cheap version of Pringles. The bad kind of bagged chips you buy in a bar. So for the VERY BAD customer service, and average food... I don’t think they would still with the doors open if this place...
Read moreVery nice local place! They have a very good selection of burgers, representing sardinian cuisine. You should also order patatine fritte and fried culurgiones! Patatine fritte, which was done in a particular way, was sliced very thin and cooked like chips. It came with bombas sauce and another sauce with truffe. Culurgiones come as 4 pieces. It has 3 different filling options, we chose the first one. Very delicious! Definitely recommending. For burger, we ordered Bue Rosso, a meat from a specific part I believe, as explained in the menu and Gavino which had sheep meat. Burgers are quite big with 160gr or 180 gr meat depending on the selection. The interior is also amazing, you go in and it leaves you impressed with its historical, cave-like features. The owners and workers are super nice! Very lovely. We enjoyed so much our dinner here and I highly recommend to anyone visiting Cagliari! It is...
