We were treated like royalty the minute we walked into this restaurant and it just got better and better as the evening progressed. Andrea #1 walked us through the superb Sicilian wines on offer and Giordana (Chef & Owner) came out of the kitchen right away to talk us through the menu and provided us with wonderful context on each course on offer. While my wife and daughters were making their minds up on what to order, Andrea #2 was engaging me on a deep-dive analysis of successful Italian managers in English football (Rainieri, Conte, Mancini). Put simply, everyone in this restaurant went above and beyond to make this a memorable experience for our family and we will definitely talk about this evening for some time to come. We had a wonderful experience at this recently reopened restaurant under new leadership. The food was outstanding—every dish felt carefully thought out and perfectly cooked, highlighting a true mastery in the kitchen. The highly skilled and passionate female chef, whose dedication and personal attention to each guest’s experience reflect qualities worthy of Michelin recognition, clearly brings passion and expertise to every plate, elevating local Sicilian ingredients to a true fine dining level. The sommelier was incredibly friendly and had an impressive depth of knowledge about wine, particularly showcasing exceptional Sicilian wines from the Etna region, including outstanding selections from the family’s own vineyard, Azienda Agricola Iuppa, which complemented our meal beautifully.
