Ristorante La Sablonera — Restaurant in Comunità montana Alta Valtellina

In our travels in northern Italy we found most restaurants to have an over abundance of dishes in the menu, and really more of the same. After a week, we came across this restaurant that has lovely hosts and some of the freshest food we’ve had on our vacation. The Misto Sablonera had very interesting flavors, the Insalata Vegana felt incredibly fresh and the Trota Iridea was fresh, well grilled and seasoned to perfection.

I'm so happy we stumbled upon this place. Everything we tried was incredibly delicious. The trout, in particular, was outstanding – fresh from their ponds, it had a fantastic flavor. We also couldn't get enough of the grilled vegetables; they were delicious as well. We'll definitely be coming back...
