Sushi in the mountains?!?! If the sushi is from Haus Courmayeur than the answer is "Yes please!" While the menu may not be as extensive as other sushi restaurants, the quality of the ingredients and the way the dishes are prepared more than make up for the limited selection.

We ordered Amberjack carpaccio, chicken gyozas, the Haus Roll, the 80's Roll and a shrimp poke bowl. Every dish was delicious with the Amberjack carpaccio being my favorite.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Emanuele was a terrific waiter that made sure we had everything that we needed.

Recensisco più per una questione personale dato che lavorando nella stessa realtà non trovo corretti alcuni comportamenti sia lavorativi che di formalità ; premetto di esserci stata circa 20 giorni fa insieme da un’amica per lavoro… troviamo questo locale perché di passaggio e all’occhio da esterno all’apparenza carino; sulla questione food e gusto non ho nessun tipo di commento negativo, ma sulla questione di formalità , cordialità e modi di fare NCS, personale di sala impreparato , non sapeva nemmeno cosa fosse necessario su un tavolo quando arriva un piatto da dividere e ci troviamo senza piattini , i piatti sono arrivati anche quando ho perso quasi 15 minuti per spostare la mia auto, nonostante avevano notato l’accaduto, salse e vari top solo su richiesta e non dì default…. e non sottolineo altre accortenze ; in più parlando della cura del cliente (nonostante a loro possa o no fregare del targhet di gente , di età o altro che siamo ed eravamo in quelle ore li sedute )sentirsi continuamente commenti per tutta la cena ad alta voce, occhiate e battutine dal signore del tavolo affianco probabilmente imparentato col titolare non è stato imbarazzante e cafone ma molto di più , e non sentirsi nemmeno uno “scusate ragazze “ rende la situazione ancora più improponibile. Detto questo non penso ritorneremo più, in questo locale ci sono posti sia per cena che per ballare che valgono 100 volte di piú, poteva essere una bella esperienza ma ci ha lasciato con l’amaro in bocca , credo che un cliente nonostante preferenze , targhet ,età e parentela debba essere trattato come tutti gli altri , altrimenti non ci sarà nemmeno in legame o riscontro. Pluses: Outdoor seating has a spectacular mountain view. Staff was friendly. The Wagyu burger was amazing.

Minuses: Both Seaweed salad and edamame were too salty. The civiche was ok, but came in a tiny portion without any sides. Waiter obsessed over placing the chopsticks in perfect formation. Appreciate the effort but somehow...
