From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the place. The food was, quite simply, delicious. Every dish we ordered was amazing but what truly sets Cadran Solaire apart, however, is their incredible accommodation for dietary needs. As someone with celiac disease, dining out can often be hard but here it was a pleasure. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely eager to modify dishes to be gluten-free, ensuring I could enjoy the same high-quality meal as everyone else without any worry. DO NOT GO HERE. I just left because I was seated for over 20 minutes without anyone coming to take my order- even thought I attempted twice. I was blatantly ignored for no reason. I am American so maybe my accent was a turn off to the waitress who first brought me my menu. I was dressed well and was polite so I cannot understand why I was treated so badly. This is a hidden gem. It's a super pretty and cosy place and the food tastes so good! The braised veal cheek was so tender I didn't even needed to use my knife to cut it. The vegetables are also super tasty! The trout was good as well, but wasn't the biggest fan of the lemon dressing. But that's my taste.
