La Boîte — Restaurant in Courmayeur

Atmosphere: Outside is very pretty with the views, moved inside because we were being attacked by mosquitos and the inside is a bit old but would be very comfortable to dine solo. Music videos on the TV in the corner.

Food: everything we ate was great. We over ordered for three and got a fungi pizza, a caprese salad, two monte bianco tagliatelle (pictured, SO yummy) and a gnocchi.

We ordered a calzone- which was huge! Good flavor, crust was nicely charred. We also ordered a tagliatelle pasta (I'm blanking on the name but it had mushrooms & speck)- it was very yummy, strong mushroom flavor. Seemingly local spot recommended to us by a random passerby in Courmayeur. This restaurant seems to favor quantity, from the long menu to the sizeable portions.
