Gou cuormayeur — Restaurant in Courmayeur

As a party of 6 without a reservation on Valentine’s Day, we expected that our best dinner would be a take out hot dog and a beer in a small alley. But we found Gou and they gave us a booth for drinks and dinner. We enjoyed cocktails and beer with two special charcuterie plates that were fantastic. We topped those off with meals, including a risotto special and the mocetta with fontina on waffles, both of which were delicious. We came here two days in a row and everything was top notch. After the descent from the TMB, it was great to stop by for a coffee. The next day we had a rest day in Courmayeur and ended up spending most of the day at the café.
