I see some reviews here from people that are clearly miserable and only criticise because they have nothing else to do with their lives. They should realize that bad reviews jeopardise someneone else's livelyhood. Please don't post a review just because. The chef is preparing food for the whole restaurant on his own which is something admirable. If you come for a meal anywhere you should understand that if you want something freshly prepared there will be a bit of waiting, which is normal! I ate here twice. On my first time I immediately made a reservation for the next day. The food was great, home made and freshly prepared. The prices were reasonable even though this is smack in the city centre. The waitresses were very nice, had attention to detail and were not intrusive at all. If they tell you everything is reserved, believe them because it is true! They had people in training who can make mistakes, so please be kind and tolerant if something happens. All in all just be a decent human being! I would gladly come back here since...

However, as I had reserved online he was then professional, but certainly not friendly. We had a baby, but no high chair was offered (though they did have them). The nice lady next to us with a baby was leaving so she just offered hers to us, which i then had to clean myself. The waiters hospitality skills could definitely be worked on. The food was good, but to be honest i was slightly disappointed as i expected more from an authentic Italian place. However we did eat well, as we were hungry.
