Se non fosse stato per il buon impastato della piadina cotta sul momento non si sarebbe salvato nulla poiché i condimenti erano di bassa qualità tanto é vero che il prosciutto crudo della mia piada sapeva solo e solamente di sale e la fontina era al gusto inesistente e aveva la consistenza della plastica fortunatamente è difficile sbagliare sulla rucola almeno. Per il posto non ho nulla da dire perché non c'è nulla da descrivere c'è il bancone per il pagamento e la piastra per cucinare le piadine e poi qualche tavolo con sedie che si reggono a mala pena in piedi . Sinceramente non ci tornerò più. La signora che c'ha servito era molto gentile ed educata.

Un piccolo negozietto accanto ad un grande parco. Piadina buonissima con impasto di vari tipi (classico, al vino, integrale...). Salumi affettati al momento, ingredienti freschi e di buona qualità e impasto della piada leggero digeribile. Inoltre molto accogliente e disponibile la proprietaria. Consigliatissimo!

Un piccolo negozietto accanto ad un grande parco. Piadina buonissima con impasto di vari tipi (classico, al vino, integrale...). Salumi affettati al momento, ingredienti freschi e di buona qualità e impasto della piada leggero digeribile. Inoltre molto accogliente e disponibile la proprietaria. Consigliatissimo!

I have never eaten such a good piadina! The paste itself was so tasty (i have chosen the red wine paste) and matched so perfectly the stuffing (Ferrara garlic salami, smoked scamorza, mushroom sauce, rucola). The ingredients are sourced locally as often as possible. The signora preparing the piadina was really nice. All this was quite good value for money. Warmly...

The piadina was made with fresh dough! I really appreciated that. Unfortunately there is no much space to sit. Compared to other places the price was relatively low. They offer many combination options always with good quality...
