Deli&Cia — Restaurant in Fiumicino

Really poor service and rude staff. I tried to order a double espresso, but the staff member charged me 2 x €2 for two single espressos. When I politely explained that there had likely been a misunderstanding, he — along with two of his coworkers — became extremely aggressive, and I didn’t dare do anything but leave the place. We weren’t even allowed to take a photo of the menu. This was the only place in Italy where a double espresso cost 2 x €2 — and even if that’s actually their policy, the least they could do is treat their customers...

5 Febbraio, ore 14,00. Faccio la fila per una bottiglia di acqua, la donna alla cassa, quella più anziana (erano solo 2 una più giovane e una più anziana), procede nel fare altre cose mentre io aspetto da solo davanti alla cassa, aspetto diversi minuti e le faccio notare gentilmente che avevo un po di fretta perché a breve avrei dovuto imbarcarmi e avevo l urgenza di pagare l acqua. Mi aspettavo un altrettanto gentile risposta, sopratutto dopo che mi avevano lasciato aspettare lì per un botto di tempo come uno scemo davanti alla cassa, e questa signora estremamente antipatica mi dice " aoo ca stamo a lavora" con tono proprio da quartiere... Shockato.. Non rispondo nemmeno.. Come è possibile che gente del genere possa lavorare a contatto con il pubblico in un aereoporto, una maleducazione...
