The price was very reasonable. Good place, the terrace has fresh air in a sunny spot. But the food was disappointing, to say the least. For an Eataly, specially in comparison to London. I ordered a Carbonara, and it barely had any heat. It was room temperature. I asked for it to be re-made, and it returned equally as neutral in temperature. Though the first plate, this being the actual plate itself, was hotter. Didn't ask for another, because I don't want to abuse anyone nor look like an unreasonable customer. They said they couldn't heat the food. It took around 5 mins or less for either dishes to be delivered. Not st once but individually. I don't know if they work like a fast food, but the preparation time certainly seemed a little too quick. Specially when my aunt said her meal' s temperature was just fine. Edit: After careful consideration, and after eating my meal, I have come to realise how utterly tasteless this Carbonara was. Cold, dry, with soggy guanciale. And I mean this, if you value taste and money, this place only offers you the latter half. I came in with an apetite, and I'm sorry to say, this bland dish left me wanting more. Because it was lacking. I recommend going elsewhere.

Worse service to ever exist!! The food was mediocre and we got yelled at by one of the busser because we sat in an area that we weren’t allowed to because two people of our party had not ordered from Eataly. Meanwhile, a couple of us have ordered from Eataly but later decided not to after they have kicked our party out forcefully and they also yelled at us. We felt targeted as well because there were patrons that didn’t order from Eataly and were sitting down in that area as well. I get there is a lot of people that are eating and dining at this airport but you don’t need to yell at us. We’re all human beings…. The service here is the worse. Eat at a restaurant and you may just feel more welcomed and have better service. There isn’t enough instructions on where people can sit and what not. That would be my recommendation to avoid these issues. And after all of that hassle, we are eating Eataly food, outside of the Eataly dining hall. Not coming back.

Trash. The lines were so long that we ended up waiting 20 minutes for a slice of pizza and a few arancino. Plus, when they put the pizzas in the oven, all the mozzarella stuck to the top of it so you can put a plain pizza in and make a margarita. At least it's better than school food. (My son wrote that) the way the lady from Autogrill (the management company) was pretending to manage the various queues was diabolical, closing, and opening as she please every 3 minutes. Even the staff was upset and asked me to speak to them as I was irritated at the way they work. Queue for the pizza was always long. She even went to a table asking for reviews...sadly I used to work in the business, and the eye always ended up on how to make things better. The arancini were cold inside too, to be honest thos is very classic Italian, hence why some of us left Italy....

On the evening of July 30th, my family and I came to this restaurant and ordered food. The wait was extremely long. To ensure we caught our flight on time, we asked for our food to be packed for takeaway. Perhaps this caused dissatisfaction among the staff, or perhaps due to racial and cultural discrimination—possibly compounded by our inability to speak Italian—an older, sturdily built male employee delivered the food by slamming it rudely onto the table. He then shouted at us in what sounded like aggressive, scolding Italian.

Since we didn't understand Italian, we asked in English what the problem was. However, he ignored us and kept shouting in Italian before walking away directly.

After finishing our meal, I approached this employee seeking an apology, but he completely ignored me, pretending not to understand. I asked other staff for the manager, but they were dismissive, saying it wasn't their concern. When the employee tried to leave, I blocked his path. At this point, he became highly aggressive, moving threateningly close to me. With children nearby, I raised my hand to block him for their safety.

The manager then appeared suddenly and used this as grounds to refuse an apology. Instead, he falsely accused me of attacking the employee, completely inverting the truth. Due to our flight, we left without any apology.**

We experienced unacceptable hostility and what we believe constitutes discriminatory treatment based on language and cultural differences. I demand a formal apology and resolution regarding this incident, including the employee's racially discriminatory behavior and the manager's failure to address it. If a reasonable response is not provided, I will escalate my complaint to Eataly headquarters regarding the discriminatory conduct we endured. I reserve the right to take...

Horrible service. I came to EATALY at Roma Fiumicino 11.09.24 . I went to the place where they sell pizza al taglio, called “Autogrill” under my transaction. I had a €15 voucher given to me by ITA airways. I was told I could go to Eataly to use my voucher. I spent €23.70. I had to pay the full amount. I found this strange but I assume ITA would reimburse me. And the old man that served me at Eataly seemed fed up and annoyed so I didn’t question it. I went to ITA and they said no, Eataly had to take off the €15.

I went back to Eataly and asked why they didn’t take off my €15, even though they knew they had to because they scanned my boarding pass and saw that I had the voucher when I first went there. The old man again seemed annoyed and called another lady over who I assumed was the manager. She also seemed annoyed. She made me pay the difference of €8.70 and said the €23.70 euro will be transferred to me in 2 days maximum. That was nearly two weeks ago and I haven’t received anything. I would like my money back as now I have paid twice and haven’t received a thing.

Is there someone I can...
