The cashier's attitude was extremely arrogant, she looked down on me and had a high-handed demeanor. There shouldn't be any issues with communication in English. However, she seemed to have no intention of listening to my words, glaring at me in silence. There was a complete lack of a smile and courtesy, which was very unpleasant. I tried to ask the staff for help, but she just cut me off with “your pin” and started chatting in Italian with another employee right next to her. Oh, how kind of her—if she hadn’t “helped,” I might not have noticed that I needed to enter my PIN! I was tired and rushing to catch my flight, so I just paid and left, but I really wanted to leave a note of thanks for such an enlightening...
