First they served us cold tea. Then when they asked to change it, they started speaking in Italian. We wanted to wait until our plane was ready, during which time the staff looked at us in a strange way. Even though we had food in front of us, a woman approached us and said that other people wanted to sit down and asked us to wait downstairs.
