3dddì Pizzeria is making great food using high quality ingredients and love.
We split a Prosciutto cotto pizza with my partner as we weren't that hungry. Despite us not being very hungry, the pizza was fantastic. The tomato sauce punches through the flavour of the cheese and ham just right. The dough has a very good flavour, perhaps thanks to the 3 day rise time, and the crust is baked perfect.
We ended up getting two cheesecakes (wildberry and pistachio) as dessert. It took a little longer than we expected, but when it arrived, it was apparent that the wait had been for something beautiful. Presented were the two cheescakes on a wooden board with a very cute chocolate drawing of me and my partner. This left a very strong positive impression on us. The cheesecake was tasty. The pistachio flavouring was warmed up, while the wildberry flavoured one was cool, and both had great flavour, with the wildberry having fresh, delicious berries on the side.
The restaurant has a modern look, and is very clean. The furnishings and decorations were pleasing to my eye. Bathroom was also tidy.
The servers were very kind and welcoming. Thank you for making our evening. If we ever get the chance, we will come again.
I rarely give a perfect score, but this place seems to deserve it. Highly...
Read moreMy first time there, I hadn't eaten all day due to Jewish holiday, and had been turned away rudely both by the synagogue and a neighboring pizzeria. I was in a BAD mood. 3dddì seated me immediately, and their kindness and passion for the pizza salvaged my mood. It's certainly amongst the best pizze I've had in the city, no doubt, if not the best, and it didn't hurt that they discounted the cover charge and bought me a beer. That was end of September, six months ago.
Tonight I dropped for dinner and they all, one by one, greeted me by name, and remembered exactly what we had discussed in September. It's not like I was their only customer -- they were packed -- but as a solo diner they took the time to chat with me and make me feel at home. It's stunning. I'm a grad student here who loves cooking and don't eat out much at all, let alone leave reviews the Internet for the places I go. Ultimately I think they deserve a cheers for their kindness, not to mention the quality of the food and the distinct, Clockwork Orange-esque decor. It's a special place, and the passion for what they're doing is evident.

Read moreAnother epic Firenze spot which has an absolutely on point rating.
Make this place somewhere you dine when you visit this city.
The waiter accidently coated me in beer, but then I got a free tasty beer and a piece of art made out of chocolate for dessert to make up for it. I didn't care. I have worked restaurants.. I have drenched people before.. I haven't ever had the freedom to make up for it as excellently as these guys did.
On to the pizza.. had the special which was just some utterly obscene work of magic. I appreciate a 72h fermented dough. If that means nothing to you, try this pizza, you will notice a difference. You won't feel stuffed, bloated and groggy if you're enjoying properly levitated dough. A testament to this? The table over from us smashed three full pizzas between two skinny little humans attempting to achieve the usual discomfort their stomachs understand from eating pizza. Good luck! Won't happen with proper dough. The products used were top tier. The service was lovely. The place was worth the walk. It's chill, casual, but epic throughout.
Thanks 3dddi, see you next...
