Caffè Aiem — Restaurant in Florence

We were two British tourists looking for lunch. The cafe clearly had tables but the waiters ignored us at the door, and later told us they were “full” when there were evidently tables available both within the cafe and outdoor seating.

They also said they did not do takeaway despite having a deli counter (and all Google/Tripadvisor sites say takeout is available).

Not friendly and wouldn’t go there again.

One wonders if this is their attitude...
