Caveau Ramen Firenze — Restaurant in Florence

As a tourist myself, visiting Florence, I was so excited to try all the pizza, pasta, and Florentine steak I could. However, in my search for restaurants I came across this place and I am so SO glad I did. Please stop in here. You will be so happy you did. The atmosphere and decorations are wonderful and it feels so fresh and young in there. We were able to get seated immediately. To start we got the gyoza Classico and edamame. Both were delicious. For dinner, I got the spicy chicken katsu ramen. Pictures cannot possibly do justice to just how big this bowl was. Everything was cooked to perfection. Such a fun environment! The walls are filled with anime figurines and paintings, it’s very charming. The food was also good! The pork chasu in the miso ramen was soooo good and I loved the noodles, my only complaint is that I wish there were more noodles(it was enough but I liked them alot). I also liked the broth. I will say, when I got the tonkatsu a while back, the broth was a lot thicker than I expected but the miso was just the right consistency. The staff and food were amazing. I don't speak Italian very well, so it was great that the staff spoke good English and were very friendly. The ambience is really nice and relaxing, and the store is decorated with lots of anime merchandise, perfect for anime lovers. The food is very reasonably priced, especially considering the portions are huge and incredibly tasty. I'd go there every day if I could the food is absolutely mouth-watering.
