We stayed for 4 nights in May. We arrived Tuesday evening. First it was difficult to find anybody to check us in. After walking around for 10min the guys came. They were not the friendliest and came across as rude. They did offer to help with the bags if we had any. You had to do some scary stairs. Location is in a little village. It was really hard to arrive by bus and you had to walk a lot. If you are staying here you really do need a car. For the busses to the touristic places like amalfi or sorrento you have to do 1hour of stairs down and a kind reminder that after the whole day you need to do them back up as well. The room was a joined condo with separate bedroom and bathroom. The rooms are clean and they clean it every day which is nice. The noise however is horrible. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything anybody does. Even if they whisper you hear it. So sleep was not always a given. The photos are misleading. The terras with the laying beds were not there. One of the last days the weather was amazing and we asked if we could use the jacuzzi, which they also promote, but we were not allowed. It is only to be used in the summer. Breakfast: between 8.30-11h. They prepare plates with croissants and sometimes lemon cake. The croissants were fresh and tasty, as well as the lemon cake it was pretty good. 2 out of 4 mornings we got offered an omelet. My suggestion is not to take it. It was completely soaked in oil and water. It had practically no taste. You also get to choose a coffee. They have a view of the sea in the restaurant. From our room you saw the mountain and the road. Personally I thought it was a lot of money for what it was. It is close to the path of God's.

I've never left an establishment feeling genuinely robbed. I rarely write negative reviews but this place really has to be flagged up for sharp practice. It's a shame this place can still exist. Sadly it really just left a sick feeling in our stomachs and put a cloud over our otherwise incredible day. The place is incredible and has so much potential, surrounded by a setting sun, beautiful switch back roads and overhanging balconies with rows of grapevines below. The whole experience as we went along was actually very enjoyable, aside from a quite abrupt waiter. We were eating early after a long day walking and just wanted a simple feed, nothing too fancy. I asked for a spaghetti Bolognese and my dad "the catch of the day". The waiter suggested mixing the two dishes and having a fish and pasta dish. We figured than being as it was quite early and perhaps the kitchen had not got into full swing we would be accomodating and take his advice. Usually specials are at least similar in price to the rest of the menu. We ended up paying €37 per meal for what could not have been worth more than €20 looking at the other fish options on the menu. We are very experienced travellers but were completely played. As others have said I would not stray far from the menu unless you are fully informed HOW MUCH you are paying for your food! The waiter plays his game very well. Be careful.

I’m honestly surprised to see some of the negative reviews here, because my experience at L’Incanto (Via Furore) was nothing short of fantastic — and I strongly disagree with the bad reviews. My boyfriend and I went for dinner and absolutely loved everything about it. The location is stunning, perched in beautiful surroundings that add so much charm to the evening. We ordered two pizzas, and they were simply divine — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home without being overbearing. Even better, the prices were more than reasonable: for two pizzas, two delicious Aperol Spritzes, and a shared tiramisu, we paid just 56 euros. That even included the €2.50 per person coperto (service charge), and we were happy to find parking available just across from the restaurant — so convenient. If you're hesitating because of some of the reviews, please take this as a sign to go and judge for yourself. We had a beautiful evening and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

BUYER BEWARE- DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I encourage you to read several of the 1 star reviews as there is a very common complaint of this establishment ripping off the customers. My wife and I were here for dinner in early April. The place was mostly empty. The man who served us and represented himself as the owner was named Carmine. He is a very alpha male type A personality. We ordered a bottle of Chianti and Cabernet and he asked if we wanted the expensive or inexpensive wine. I said inexpensive. My wife ordered salad, bruschetta, pasta, desert. I ordered a pizza. Carmine gave me the ticket and it was 249 Euros = $281. Fortunately I am a retired former business owner and I have learned how to deal with scammers. I asked to see the line item breakdown of the bill and the 2nd line item was 40 euros cover charge for 4 people. He charges 10 euros per person just to sit down. When I showed him that it was just my wife and I he reach over to the cash register and grabbed a different ticket for 132 euros. He must have realized that I wasn’t going to be easy prey. He charged 80 euros for the “inexpensive” wine even though there were several on the menu for 20. This man was trying to prey on us and I suspect by reading all the 1 star reviews that this his common business practice. If you do eat here I recommend that you put a piece of paper on the table an get a written quote of your meal before you order and then write it down so they can see it and don’t overcharge you. And Carmine, if you’re reading this - shame on you - you’re a scammer. But in the spirit of Easter season I...
