Friggitoria San Giorgio apre le porte alla clientela di recente, in specifico il giorno 10 novembre 2017. Alessandro Bariletti rileva l’attività di un kebab lasciata vuota e scommette su gastronomia di mare e di terra, proponendo uno street food di fritto di pesce, fritto ligure e cappon magro da asporto. Una scommessa decisamente riuscita, a mio parere.

Il menù, quasi esclusivamente a base di pesce, comprende coni e maxiconi con diversi ingredienti. Granatine liguri vegetali, panissa, cuculli, mix senza spine, acciughe, totani e totanetti e solo pesce fresco. I prezzi partono da 3€, per salire a 5 e terminare con 10€ per il maxicono. Ho provato il mix senza spine, che mi ha fatto innamorare e che consiglio caldamente.

La frittura di San Giorgio è adatta a tutti: grandi e piccoli, amanti del pesce fritto e simpatizzanti. La praticità dei coni rende l’esperienza culinaria godibile sia da seduti che in cammino, oltre al fatto che non bisogna scartare nulla: lische e gusci sono già rimossi, così basta rilassarsi e godersi un’indimenticabile frittura di pesce leggera e squisita.

Do 5 stelle, ma ne darei molte di più. Consiglio Friggitoria San Giorgio a tutti i turisti (e non) di Genova, che vogliono gustare una buona porzione di pesce a due passi dal rinomato Acquario di Genova e ad un prezzo più che giusto. Really quick & nice food! We went in 2022. This type of food is Definitely a must whilst in Genoa, and Friggitoria San Giorgio is a great place to try it.
