Starbucks - Genova — Restaurant in Genoa

For American expats this is a great treat! Italian coffee is incredible but you need a taste of home now and again. Many “American style” cold coffees and drinks in the area taste off or overly sweet, so again, it’s nice to have a taste of home. The bakery is very different, no familiar sandwiches, no cake pop, but oddly enough they have MASSIVE cake slices. The sandwiches are good, and considerably larger than USA servings. Sadly no sous vide egg bites, but I think that’s a stretch to hope for here. Imagine a fancy version of the SB cafe inside of a Barnes and noble store (iykyk ❤️❤️)

Everything I’ve tried (Frappuccino, plain iced latte, black cold brew, dragon drink, caramel macchiato) were solid 10/10

A note to my American friends on the Frappuccino. It’s different here, they seem to use plain cold coffee, not the frapp roast so it tastes much sweeter and is watery compare to its American recipe. Regardless, if you’ve been disappointed by limited menus at other locations in Italy, you’ll be happy here with such a large menu with all the classics and a few surprises.

i had an 8€ coupon on deliveroo and was super thirsty so i ordered from starbucks. with the discount it turned out to be a great deal. i tried nitro for the first time and it was excellent, not even as strong as i expected. i went for the biggest size too. my mom got a green tea lemonade which was really refreshing. with the coupon it felt like an incredible deal, but honestly i’m not sure i’d feel the same paying 10€ for...

Allora ovviamente è una catena internazionale quindi non ci sí deve aspettare prodotti freschi se vai con questa mentalità... non ha senso che entri.. se invece sei consapevole che hai voglia di bere o mangiare in America style o provare almeno una volta, secondo me ci sta.. ovviamente i prezzi sono alti. Il mio commento invece negativo va alla mia esperienza personale.. ovvero mentre stavamo mangiando in questi tavolini piccoli... arriva una dello staff che sparecchia il tavolo accanto al nostro... ed inizia a voler sparecchiare anche il nostro tavolo... nonostante avevamo ancora ...un ultimo pezzo grande di cookies al cioccolato (e ancora meta frappuccino da finire) aveva cosi tanta fretta che ha preso il piatto dove cera il cookie e se lo voleva portare via ..ed io gli faccio notare che stavo ancora finendo di mangiare... ed nel mentre cade per terra.. ecco questo servizio e trattamento non mi è piaciuto! Perché qui la roba costa tanto !! Capite bene ..se hanno la fretta di sparecchiare e non hanno il buon senso di capire che il cliente sta ancora consumando l'ordinazione .. e cade per terra ultimo pezzo ti fa girare il belino perche costa tanto ......
