Nicht empfehlenswert! Eis war zwar lecker und der Preis in Ordnung, die Bedienung aber unhöflich und uneinsichtig. Die Milch im Kaffee war offensichtlich sauer (konnte man am Geschmack und am Geruch erkennen). Als wir dies feststellten und reklamierten, trotz fehlender Italienischkenntnisse, sagte die Bedienung einfach: Nein, die Milch ist frisch. Wir wollten keine Rückerstattung oder ähnliches nur einen neuen genießbaren Kaffee. Aber vermutlich sind einfach die Geschmacksnerven eines ganzen Tisches defekt. (Haben den Kaffee im Endeffekt sogar gezahlt) Die Straße runter ist eine andere Eisdiele/Restaurant.

Icecream is good and comes with a reasonable price, however the server is rude and simply denies legit claims. The milk in our coffee was sour. You could clearly smell and taste it. So we informed the server who said that isn't possible and went on with his day. Even though our whole table could taste the sour milk. In the end we had to pay for an undrinkable coffee. Wonderful place right on the lake, unique in its kind. A big thank you for the ice cream and drinks sundaes based on our tastes. We also noticed some homemade cookies and will definitely return to try them. Beautiful historic venue surrounded by art, culture, and flowers. I recommend this place!! Greetings...

Ho preso 2 coni gelato d'asporto gusto pistacchio e vaniglia piccoli al prezzo di totale di 6.00€ Ci ha servito una signora anziana . Il gelato era poco cremoso, il gusto alla vaniglia prevale il latte e il pistacchio color lime senza sapore . La dose molto scarsa e un cono fatto in qualche modo . Daltra parte era troppo molle lo abbiamo mangiato in velocita' perche' gia' mezzo squagliato. La cosa che mi ha infastidito di piu' che mi ha dato il gelato senza tovagliolo. L'ho preso io sopra il frigorifero . In compenso il posto e' bellissimo un panorama spettacolare . Ritornero' sicuramente ma provero' in altra gelateria c'è ne sono diverse vicine. Soddisfatta anche di aver dato un contributo alla signora visto che il locale era vuoto alle 14.00 considerato il bel tempo e la stagione...
