The “La Trono” was delicious. The taste and texture of the focaccia is the best I’ve tried anywhere and the pesto was perfectly flavorful. The food truly puts other focaccia shops to shame. Prices could and probably should be higher for what you get in quality and quantity. Incredible value. Plus, Giuliano is a really warm guy you could talk with for hours. My boyfriend saw the sticker of their award "best focaccia of Italy" the day before we left and then we decided to try it out on the last day for our lunch in the train back home. And that was a very good choice!

Our train was delayed a lot and the focaccia was soooo good and sooo nourishing that we did not mind the delay at all ;)
