Adriano makes some of the best sandwiches I’ve had in Italy—hands down.
There’s a huge variety to choose from (maybe even too many 😅), with both focaccia and ciabatta options, all made fresh with top-quality DOP ingredients. The flavor combinations are excellent, but what really sets this place apart is Adriano himself. He’s like a sandwich sommelier—he’ll guide you through the options and help you choose the perfect one. You’ll definitely want to come back to try more. And the prices? Just as they should be. They’re absolutely fair, it’s an excellent balance of quality and quantity—something I really hope they manage to keep in the future. We’ve simply become too used to paying tourist-trap prices for much lower quality.

He started preparing the food right in front of us while we chatted. The bread is made fresh, and all the ingredients are incredibly fresh. We learned a little more about La Spezia and Cinque Terre, and we also shared a bit about our country, ending with one of the best sandwiches we’ve ever had.
