Everything was horrible, except my food, which was ok-ish. I’m sure the owner is the chef by the way she replied to every single bad review. My friend, among others with the same opinion as hers, wrote here a bad review. She said it too politely and was too kind in the comments for what the restaurant actually gave her, as proven by the owner's totally rude response (she is mean to every unsatisfied customers who speaks badly about her food, but doesn’t mind if the customers are unsatisfied about the service). When we gave honesty and sincerity, we’ve got only disrespect straight from THE OWNER. I’ve never been in a restaurant with such an owner, that can never accept any critics. Before you start attacking all your customers, I have a piece of advice for you: study your own behavior and stop saying that people are lying in the comments. Opinions are subjective, not wrong, as the...
Read moreDo not go here, it’s a tourist trap. Food isn’t disgusting, but it’s very subpar. Reheated stuff out of the freezer or a can/jar. Staff are friendly, but that’s about the only food thing.
[Edit] So it seems the owner have a pattern of insulting anyone who leaves less than a 4 star review, especially if they say they didn’t like the food. This is really shameful behaviour from a business, and definitely not doing them any favours. My one compliment was that the service was good, but that’s clearly only true for the waitresses, and not the owners. I’ve changed my rating from 2 stars to 1 star because of this. Oh, and to the owners, if it’s true what you say and your food isn’t from a can or from the freezer, then that’s even worse. It means it’s disgusting because you can’t cook, instead of being disgusting because you buy cheap...
Read moreUnfortunately the only bad experience we had in our trip to Italy, the owners: absolutely impolite people without a minimum of respect to the consumers. We ordered a hamburger, a carbonara and a pesto pasta, the burger was served burned with an unripe avocado, and surprisingly the carbonara had RED ONIONS, when we asked if it was normal to serve like that, they got offended and the guy on charge began to shout, to hit the tables and making gesticulations rebuking and inciting violence, saying that: “it is their way of cooking”, obviously we did not fall into their aggressions, we paid what was consumed less the burnt hamburger that by serving it in that way, they threaten the health of the consumer. I will never go back...
