This was the worst food I have had in all my travels around Italy. The pasta was not fresh nor was the seafood. Any kind of sauce on the seafood pasta might have made it somewhat edible...but there wasnt any. The lasagne was dry and tough. The tuna tartar didnt taste like anything at all but thankfully there was sweet yogurt on the side and that was edible. Panna cotta was a joke and I'm pretty sure the caramel was the stuff used to flavour milk shakes which makes sense since it has the consistency of a milk shake. Totally over priced €75 euro for 2 apetizers 2 pastas and 2 desserts and a bottle of wine that's €7 in any bottle store. (Did I mention the apple pie was a flat cake with a small bit of apple skin in it?). Tourist trap. Beware. Go anywhere else. Go to mcdonalds even.

We popped in this small restaurant for a light lunch while exploring La Spezia. Firstly the staff where attentive and welcoming so no issues on that front, now the food. We ordered a margarita pizza 🍕 and a cheese calzone. Unfortunately the margarita pizza was not what I was expecting being in Italy 🇮🇹. The base was soggy and the sauce was incredibly salty , the calzone was slightly better but not by much. If your looking for a place to eat when in La Spezia then I wouldn’t make this your first choice

I was a bit worried at the start as we picked this place and ordered without checking the reviews. They must have some new chefs here as the cabonara was quite good - definitely not 1 or 2 stars. The Parents also really liked their Lasagne and Ravioli. In general, the food in La Spezia seemed to be nicer and more reasonably priced compared to the Cinque Terra towns. Service from here was also friendly and quick :)

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Rude, uncultured, and dishonest waiter. I ordered two draft beers, 500 ml each. We brought two glasses of 300 ml each. I didn't notice right away, and then I called him over, asking why the difference. He said these are 500 ml glasses and everything is fine. Seeing how much nerve he had, I emptied the glass of beer and took a 300 ml Cola bottle from a nearby table (left by some customers). I filled it with water and emptied it into the glass, which filled the brim, asking him where the extra 200 ml could possibly fit. Very nervous, he started gesturing and, in a mix of Italian and English, trying to explain some nonsense to me. Seeing that I insisted, he addressed some Italian girls near us to translate for us. The young women, very embarrassed by the situation, kept repeating to us, 'You are right, you...

I literally have just been to Ristorante F I C O in La Spezia and never have I been ever so disappointed or had to feel the need to do a review. We ordered a simple Tuna and Onion Pizza and Lasagne- the pizza came with Pepperoni on when returned and politely said we asked for tuna and Onion it came back with Tuna splashed on the top- The Lasagne was cold and waited at least 10 mins before that came after the incorrect pizza.... yes we are English!! and know the hospitality trade well..... the food and service was extremely poor, I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody... I would close down the restaurant retrain the staff in Customer Service and employ chefs that can deliver the food-,It was so disappointing, I really do...
