Imbarcadero Lecco — Restaurant in Lecco

I was bring them a visit everyday when i was in Lecco. All of them try to do their best for the clients, have a lot of respect for all of them 👍 They all work real hard, because i could see that!!! Some people here react that some are stupid? Persons like that, don't have respect for what they must do!!!!! Persons that ask here to do something agains it? That kind of people are cowards to not say things straight 😡😡 To the owner, go on with the team you have they, they do an amazing job, day in day out 🙏❤️🙏 There was working one special lady, i didn't ask her name 😒 but i think i visit them 7 days, this lady helped me all the days if i remember good. She served me so well, friendly, try to do everything! Find a good place for me outside, try to serve as fast it was possible. They give me the feeling that i came home on the moments i was on vacation. Home can also be be place were you feel yourself happy, and a place were they like to see you, and remember you when you came again. I think the name of the lady who served so well was Julia i think, because i think somebody call her something like that. The water with mint turned out to be a water with a mint syrup which I sent away asking for a normal glass of water instead(I paid already). I received half full glass without ice as an exchange. There could be an information in the menu it’s a mint syrup. My friends ordered pancakes and didn’t receive knives. I ordered salad and I received it with a wrong base (wanted spelt not rice). My friend’s salad had a bitter cucumber. The bread we received was stale and clearly old, hard as a rock. The waitress who came to take the payment was clearly annoyed with us because we wanted to split the bill. She spoke minimum English and was hard to communicate with. Eventually I said I would pay all of it but had to transfer money. I said I needed a minute. She was standing there instead of leaving us so we can sort it out. After a while she realized she should leave and come back later. When we were leaving no one has said goodbye to us as if they were mad...

We arrived at 6.15pm and we wanted to sit outside with table "recerved" Our cruise boat at 6.45pm. So YOU CAN MAKE MONEY IF YOU DID NOT REFUSE US.

1 nice staff, she allowed us to choose that table because the table is recerved for 7pm, but she asked her friend 1st ( i think she asked her PIC). The PIC came to us and said :* Not impossible, i prefer to make it empty until 7pm* . In fact, we wanted to spend money for drink for 20-30€.

So for owner. There is big problem for your staffs.
