Don't be fooled by the photos. I've never had a dish with truffles grated on it in front of me that ended up tasting 0% like truffle. I don't know if the truffle was from 5 years ago, but it had zero flavour. I’ve been eating lots of truffle pasta in Italy but never had such a disappointing one. Other guests who had ordered the same dish made a similarly disappointed expression, which confirmed to me it wasn't only my sense of taste. Moreover, the white wine was definitely too warm. Cattiva accoglienza, personale e proprietari incompetenti e sgarbati qualità del cibo di basso livello ricette riviste da persone che si aprocciano alla cucina. Lo sconsiglio vivamente 🤮 le ricordo che il nostro arrivo era legato all' arrivo dell' aereo...la vostra risposta vi qualifica per quello che siete davvero.il vostro locale e le vostre pietanze fanno letteralmente schifo oltre al fatto che non conoscete e non avete neanche la minima idea su che cosa siano intolleranze alimentari e da ciò deduco che oltre ad essere degli incapaci siete anche pericolosi. Consiglio vivamente agli sfortunati avventori con intolleranze alimentari di controllare bene la pietanza che vi viene somministrata, perché il rischio di rimanere intossicati é molto alto, come é capitato a noi che abbiamo dovuto rimandare indietro per ben tre volte una pietanza perché non sapevano che la fontina e il burro contengono lattosio.evidentemente oltre che incapaci, arroganti e inadeguati,. siete anche mal organizzati perché alle 13.50circa vi abbiamo contattato telefonicamente e vi abbiamo avvertito che saremmo arrivati alle 14.20 14.30 e il nostro interlocutore ci ha rsp che non c'erano problemi altrimenti saremmo andati altrove e avremmo così evitato di mangiare quelle 4 porcherie che ci avete servito in modo sgarbato. nonostante il locale vuoto (vorrei vedere il contrario) ci avete fatto mangiare nel giardino disordinato e poco pulito con oltre 30° gradi, nonostante tra noi ci fossero due persone con gravi disabilità, non siete stati in grado di servirci un piatto di pasta condita con solo olio d'oliva siete inqualificabili. Per fortuna nella vostra zona ci sono tanti ristoranti che sono all'altezza delle aspettative. E stanno rendendo piacevole la nostra permanenza in questi luoghi meravigliosi.Mi permetto di darle un consiglio impari prima l'educazione e poi se le riesce anche a cucinare.Buona giornata...
