For what it is, a lively cafe serving patrons on the Piazza Emanuele Vittorio in Locorotondo, this is a great place. Staff are multilingual and to-the-point, so be ready. They serve pastries, gelati, caffe of course, and there is decent wifi, plus one of the best places in town to be people watching while sipping a long espresso. Highly recommend.
