La Panega — Restaurant in Locorotondo

Absolutely outstanding in Locorotondo! La Panega is a bakery with a bar and seating area, perfect for both breakfast and dinner – sweet or savory. We visited several times, for breakfast and dinner, and it was always excellent.

For breakfast, I had a simple pizza with pomodoro. For dinner, I ordered one with pomodoro, prosciutto, and fresh mozzarella on top – absolutely delicious. Dinner for two cost us only €14, and yet this pizza was better than the one we had the day before at another place for over €40.

You can tell they truly value their customers. The lady behind the bar even suggested adding sun-dried tomatoes to my pizza – I tried it, and it was fantastic. These small details are what make this place special.
