Very, very poor service with overpriced food and drink. I live here and speak Italian, so I thought I'd finally give this place a try. The woman mumbled, and then got our order wrong. All I ordered was a cappuccino and a bottle of water LOL, and that alone was over €5! Even the woman was rude when I paid. She didn't say thank you or goodbye. Managed to “save my a##” twice in a row today: cold, windy weather, very hungry at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, every restaurant in Lucca closed… offered an excellent lasagna and good beer. When I returned three hours later, desperately seeking my forgotten bag (passport, wallet, credit cards, everything) I happened to be greeted by the beautiful waitress with a smile … and my bag.
