NOT VEGAN FRIENDLY!!!!!!

Waitress #1 got our order wrong and thought we ordered a regular pizza and not a vegan one. I asked my bf to try it and we weren’t sure if it was vegan so we asked waitress #2. She brushes us off and said it was vegan so I ate from it. We complained cause it looked different than what we ordered, she took it back and told us once again it was wrong but vegan so we continued to eat the slice. When the right pizza arrived you could tell the cheese was completely different. We complained, they brought the manager and he only apologized and said his gf is vegan as well…

Afterwards waitress #1 came very anxious offering to pay for the pizza from her own pocket 🫣 offc we refused. The manager took us to the register inside to pay, I was trying to explain the whole situation while he tried to do damage control. He started talking badly about waitress #2 to us and explaining why it’s okay to take the payment out of her salary/ tips . Offc we refused and payed full price. The manager refused to take responsibility of his employees and make the payment on the house.

What a shame!!! No wonder the waitress fell under...

Terrible...avoid! We waited ages to be acknowledged that we wanted a table but we put this down to it being busy. Waitress was very rude...it was almost like we were an inconvenience. Ordered pizza (arrived within 5 mins....but not good quality-wondered if it had been from.another order?). Other two pasta dishes arrived later and the 4th dish (lasagne) didn't turn up. By the time we could flag down a member of staff to ask where it was, the rest of the table had finished their meals. No apology offered so we just cancelled the dish and I ended up eating the bread (which tasted stale). Worst meal of...

Absolutely loved the experience! The food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. I had the gnocchi with truffle and meat – it was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. For dessert, I tried the tiramisu and their special ricotta dessert with a caramelized top and pistachios. Since I’m not a fan of overly sweet desserts, I really appreciated that both were balanced in sweetness – just right for my taste.

The service was another highlight: very attentive and genuinely friendly. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend...
