The place is cosy with one of best coffee in mantova. They also sell a lot of different sandwiches. The place is a bit pricy but worth visiting. It has a good location to historical sites. The place is accessible for the wheelchair users too. I took a prosciutto crudo which was amazing. Please do not toast it because you might kill all the flavours. At the time of the visit I was surrounded with local elderly Italians who were very loud mocking near by walking people so I had a lot of fun tough I do not speak Italian. Have fun...

Personale a dir poco maleducato. Avevamo ordinato 2 caffè macchiati e un macchiatone quando al momento del servizio ci sono stati portati 2 macchiatoni e un macchiato (il contrario). Abbiamo fatto presente l’errore (che può capitare) alla barista la quale si è rivolta a noi ribadendo più volte che eravamo stati noi ad ordinare diversamente. Dopo di che abbiamo detto che avremo consumato lo stesso quello che ci era stato portato (e così poi è stato) quando un secondo barista, non interpellato, ci ha detto nuovamente, con tono prepotente e maleducato, di essere noi ad aver sbagliato affermando di “aver capito bene e quindi poter parlare”. Direi che il detto “il cliente ha sempre ragione”, indipendentemente se ce l’abbia o no, andrebbe rivisto....

Felt immediately unwelcome when they understood I don't speak italian. They did not make any effort to communicate in english. I showed them that I don't understand Italian and they just kept speaking...
