We immediately liked the menu as the group of five of us, needed a break from pizza and pasta.

Each of the four dinners (2 of us ordered the same) were very nicely prepared, attractively plated and piping hot. I really enjoyed my cod with tomatoes and olives. Can you believe I’ve been in Italy more than a week and finally got served olives? These were unusually tiny but pitted. Others ordered the pork cheeks in a rich brown sauce, lamb, or truffle pasta. One person ordered the pumpkin soup, shown in pictures. The owner/ manager kindly offered three of us a side of roasted potatoes, mixed salad or mushrooms, since our choices did not normally come with any.

Terribly disappointing, would avoid.

Service was horrendous. You will be here a while as it’s physically impossible to order. Took 30 mins and had to ask 3 times. Got rude responses and then the staff actively avoided coming to the table or even looking towards us. When they did come they were moody and acted like we were inconveniencing them.

Would have walked out but food was meant to be good. It wasn’t. Truffle tagliatelle was bland (how?) and lacked depth. Broccoli and guanciale pasta didn’t work at all.

Ambience quite bizarre. Group of men (non customers) standing around in middle of restaurant for last 30 mins of meal - kind of like night club waiting area. Maybe they had all been trying to order for a few days...

Alles fing gut an. Was will man mehr? Was passiert?

Maybe 3-4 stars: The restaurant is actually not bad but almost all dishes that we ordered were all not our taste at all. They do use good quality of products but the combination of ingredients is a little odd and not a good combi, in our opinion. See more from the photos. The service was not bad but also not good. There were small things like the waiter forgot to pour wine to 1 person (out of 4) and we waited for espresso for quite a long time. Not a drama but it was just a little bit funny. You can sit outside and inside but outside seems to have a lot of mosquitoes. All in all the resto put effort for food and service but it seems like something is lacking….

Great service. We dined outside and it was lovely. Got a complimentary shot of limoncello at the end. We had the - potato flan (starter). This was okay - tagliolini with porcini mushroom and truffle - cavatelli with pistachio pesto, speck and stracciatella cheese The mushroom truffle pasta smelt great but it was a bit dry for my taste - I like my pastas saucy. I would have preferred a creamy sauce. I’m giving 5 stars purely for the pistachio pesto pasta! Very unique. We liked it so much, we went back for lunch and ordered one each.
