As usual,nobody speaks english, even if i answered in english and told him that i partially understand what he sais,he started speaking faster and faster. We had an exceptional launch while visiting Matera at Agriristories. The place looks very nice and cozy, some of the tables have a romantic vibe being arranged directly in the rock. Fool was delicious and the staff was very friendly and informative. They gave a lot of details on the dishes as well as ingredients used, all being from the area. Se non si è in grado di cucinare avere una buona materia prima è inutile. Aspettare quasi un'ora per avere dei taglieri e delle bruschette al pomodoro è inaccettabile. Inoltre il proprietario è arrogante e presuntuoso. Ci è stato detto che se non volevamo aspettare un'ora per un tagliere dovevamo chiedere il piatto più rapido del menù: io gli ho chiesto cosa ci fosse allora di più rapido se non tagliere e lui, provocatoriamente, ha risposto: l'acqua. E infatti per la prima ora abbiamo mangiato pane ed acqua cosicché all'arrivo della prima portata eravamo ormai senza fame.

Il proprietario inoltre non ha un minimo di umiltà: la qualità del prodotto è la panacea per ogni critica. Il loro concetto di cucina è quello di aprire i barattoli dei prodotti e semplicemente mischiarli con la pasta, slegata e scotta. Il dolce al cucchiaio poi è una presa in giro in piena regola. Ai limiti dell'offensivo.

Rapporto qualità prezzo scadente: è una tipica trappola per turisti. In conclusione, tutto chiacchere e zero sostanza. Farebbero meglio a vendere i loro prodotti al banco e basta, perché non hanno proprio idea di come si faccia ristorazione e di come si tratti con i clienti. È stata un'esperienza sgradevole e offensiva. Se dopo un 'ora non riesci a servire nulla ai tuoi clienti ti devi solo scusare e non appigliarti all'utilizzo del pomodoro di sta...
