Unfortunately this place didn't live up to our expectations after reading all these positive reviews. We don't know if maybe the chef had already left for a break but our food was visibly burned, to the point where we sent the bruschetta (not pictured) back because it was largely inedible. We did not get charged for it which we appreciate but overall it didn't change the impression our visit left on us. We also got the fried peppers and they tasted very burnt, we got told it was the way they normally taste but they did seem a bit too dark and tasted overwhelmingly burnt. Since we cannot compare with other experiences we don't know if they were supposed to taste that way so just a heads up if you have never had them before!
The focaccia we got was extremely tough at the borders but the taste itself was great. A real shame, seems like it was old?
